How do I know if I qualify?

All potential residents of McCready Manor are required to participate in a functional needs assessment. The score from the assessment determines what level of care is required while at McCready Manor.

How does the waiting list work?

A $25 dollar fee is required to be placed on the waiting list for McCready Manor. If someone on the waiting list is not ready to move when they are called about an available apartment, they do not lose their place on the list.

Will I be required to make a deposit?

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for McCready Manor when an apartment is accepted. This holds the unit for 30 days to move into McCready Manor.

What will my rent cover? What services are included?

Cable T.V.
All utilities
Meals (depending on level of care)
Laundry (depending on level of care)
Scheduled transportation
Trash pick up
Medication reminders (depending on level of care)
Dressing and bathing assistance (depending on level of care)

What if something changes and I want or need to move out?

A 30 day written move out notice is required unless due to medical conditions.

Can I keep my car?

Yes, resident only and handicapped parking is available.

Is there a place for my out of town family or friends to stay when they visit?

Yes, a guestroom is available for a minimal amount.

What if I don’t feel well enough to go to the dining room?

We encourage all residents to enjoy a meal in the dining room, but meals can be delivered due to illness.
